All bookings for under 17 driving lessons must be paid at time of booking and must be made at least 7 days in advance of the session except short notice bookings which are subject to availability, failure to make payment may result in the booking being removed from our diary and the session no longer being available. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged. Bookings are non refundable however changes can be made to the session date/time providing no less than 7 days notice prior to the event is given and the session is re-booked and completed within 12 months from the date of original purchase.
Where a booking is made using a gift voucher the voucher number must be provided at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, sessions must be booked and completed within that period.
Pupils should be a minimum of 4'10" unless previously agreed to ensure that they can operate the controls of the vehicle.
The management reserve the right to allow amendments to these terms and conditions at their sole discretion on any occasion, by doing so they are under no obligation to allow amendments to future requests for circumstances outside of these terms and conditions.
Parents or Guardians are welcome to view the lesson from the viewing area, Should they leave the site during the session it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that a member of staff at reception has contact details in case of emergency. The parent of guardian also accepts that in such event they authorise EXL Young Driver Centre and its representatives to take all reasonable steps it feels necessary to ensure the health and safety of all individuals that they are responsible for.
EXL Young Driver Centre make every effort to ensure all bookings are correct and will endeavour to rectify any errors to provide a satisfactory outcome however can not be held responsible for circumstances outside of their control. Should a session need to be amended for circumstances such as weather, as much notice as practically possible will be provided.
